It’s STILL not too late to be a Lady Tiger tennis player or golfer! Tennis? Just show up at the FSHS tennis courts after school today or stop by Mr. Hudiburg’s room (#304 in the Science wing). Golf? Talk to Coach Barnes, (room #119). You will need to turn in both a completed physical and concussion form to practice/play.
Kick off the school year at the annual FSHS Open Mic Night THIS Friday night,
August 22nd, at Common Ground Coffee in downtown Fort Scott! Performances are from 6:30 until 8 p.m. Students can bring a talent (singing, dancing, jokes, poetry, skits, etc) or just come watch and laugh with friends. Free admission and treats. Sponsored by Thespians.
Auditions for the Fall musical are next month!
Audition on Tuesday, September 2nd, OR Wednesday, September 3rd from 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. in the auditorium. Please plan to stay for the entire session.
Rehearsals are Monday through Thursday nights from 6:30 p.m until 9 o’clock.

ALL students will be allowed to leave for lunch!
Don’t be tardy. Habitually returning late from lunch will result in the loss of the privilege to leave campus.
When do I eat? Click here:
First breakfast is 8:33 until 8:41 a.m. Go to breakfast when the bell rings at the end of 1st Hour. Report to your 2nd Hour class by 8:41 a.m. Second breakfast is from 9:25 until 9:33 a.m. Report to your 2nd Hour class. You will be dismissed four minutes before the bell rings at the end of 2nd Hour to go to breakfast. Third hour starts at 9:33 a.m., don’t be tardy!
Each student gets one free breakfast. Pastry is $1.50 and lunches are $3.00 each.
Tardies
Tardy Policy - punishments begin at the 4th tardy per semester.
Cell Phones
Cell phones are allowed before school, after school and at lunch. Breakfast break was added to when cell phones CANNOT be used.
If you need to change your schedule,
DO NOT COME TO THE OFFICE!
