To be eligible to donate, you must:
-Be 16 years old or older (if 16, you must have a parent consent form*)
-Bring a driver's license or document with your BIRTHDATE on it, the day of your donation.
-Eat nutritious meals and drink plenty of water the day before and morning of your donation!
*If you need a parent consent form, please see Ms. Cullison in room 200!
If you are a current athlete, YOU MUST ASK YOUR COACH FOR PERMISSION TO DONATE!

The 2025 Fall Homecoming Dance is October 10th!
To attend, you must be a current FSHS student in good standing.
Students on the ineligible list will not be able to attend.
Students need to be in school the day of the dance, unless an administrator has given approval.
***Dates are welcome if they’re still in high school (or graduated at semester in the current school year).
***(NEW THIS YEAR - for all dances, including Prom)
Sign-up sheets and permission forms for out-of-district dates are available from Pam in the office.
Breathalyzers will be used at the door.
