The first meeting for Student Council general assembly is scheduled for Tuesday, August 30th, during Morning AP. All students interested in Student Council need to attend. Information will be distributed on StuCo expectations, dues, applications and you’ll be involved in planning upcoming fun-filled events. We will meet in the Auditorium.
Join FSHS History Club!
Your high school experience is history in the making! Meetings are centered around engaging discussions about historic Fort Scott in an informal setting where you are encouraged to ask questions and delve deeply into the answers. If that’s not enough, our best asset is the always entertaining Mr. Allen! He shares an extensive knowledge of Fort Scott’s complex history and an amazing collection of historical photographs. The sign-up sheet to be a part of history is outside Mrs. Jackman’s room, #117.
International Travel! If you are interested in traveling to Italy and Greece during Spring break and would like to learn more about the trip, please attend the meeting during second AP on Tuesday, August 30th, in Ms. Mayberry’s room, #107.

Reminder: FSHS Auditions for “The Addams Family: School Edition” are next week on Monday OR Tuesday from 6:30 - 9 p.m. in the FSHS Auditorium. Students only need to attend one night of auditions. Those auditioning for a leading role will need to prepare a short solo from the show. Packets are available in Ms. Bin's classroom.
Rehearsals will be Monday through Thursday from 6:30 until 9 p.m.
Performances are scheduled November 8th, 10th and 12th.
