The Leadership Club brightened Winfield Scott staff's day by providing orange snacks for "Orange You Glad It's Wednesday".
Due to possible inclement weather on Friday, Popcorn Friday has been postponed to Friday, January 19th.

Before Christmas Break, during Specials, we had our second reward day! Students played Christmas themed games on the laptops and created rubber band designs using Geoboards. They also played a sledding relay game in the gym.

Kindergarteners learned about Raptors that are unable to be in the wild due to injury, someone keeping them as a pet, etc. They also learned about what Raptors eat, defining features, and their habitat. The presenter showed several slides of raptors such as owls, hawks, and eagles. The best part of all, students were able to see two raptors in person!!
